Are you known for your passion for documents? Do you have experience in administrative support in the legal world? By joining this team, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from legal professionals across the firm.

The challenges we offer you
-You will ensure the drafting, editing, short and fast translation, as well as the correction (French/English) of various legal documents;
-You will create and layout documents in different formats such as flowcharts (Smart Draw software), Word documents, Excel and PowerPoint presentations;
-You will proceed with the conversions of PDF documents to Word format;
-You will perform dictations and transcripts of hearings;
-You will integrate hypertext links to documents of different formats;
-You will assemble fence binders or other similar documents;
-You will respond to certain administrative requests.

What's Required
-Hold a diploma of professional studies in secretarial studies (legal ASP an asset);
-Be proficient in French and English, both oral and written;
-Have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position or in a professional services environment;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
-Demonstrate professionalism and be committed to providing quality customer service;
-Proactivity, autonomy and resourcefulness;
-Positive attitude demonstrating an openness to change and a good team spirit;
-Outstanding organizational skills and a good ability to manage priorities.
